Our pricing is affordable, honest, and upfront.

To prove our point, here is the fine print, right off the bat:

We have an $149 minimum. If what you want cleaned falls below our minimum, look around and ask yourself, “Do I have anything else that I want cleaned?”

*All pricing includes small furniture moving only.*

• Moving of large furniture—additional $50
(We will NOT move extra-large furniture, including entertainment centers, china cabinets, dressers, beds, etc.)

• Hazardous Cleanup—additional $50 (e.g. blood, vomit, feces, etc.)

• Picking up of mess on floors—additional $50 (e.g. toys, clothing, garbage, etc.)

• Last Minute Cancellation/Re-booking Fee: $50 (within 24 business-hours before appointment time)

• High Rise Fee: $30 (2nd floor or higher)

• Distance Parking Fee: $30 (if unable to park within 200 ft of area to be cleaned)

• Property Manager Fee: $30 (charged only if property manager requires screening before entering premises)

• Excessive Vent Height Fee: $60 per vent (vent registers that are in excess of 16 feet)

Carpet Cleaning

Includes Cleaning, Deodorizing, Disinfecting, & Protecting.

•$60 / room (up to 150 sq. ft.) For large rooms over 150 sq. ft., additional square footage will be charged $0.40 / sq. ft.

• Stairs: $5 each 

• Stair Landings: $10 each

• All Other Areas: $0.40 / sq. ft.

• Area Rugs / Oriental Rugs: $1.25 / sq. ft. Area Rugs are cleaned on site. (No worries of moisture on wood floors.)

Upholstery Cleaning

Includes Cleaning, Deodorizing, Disinfecting, & Protecting.

 • Sofas & Sectionals: $25 / linear foot 

• Armchair: $65 

• Recliners: $85

 • Ottomans: $20 / linear foot

• Decorative Pillows: $15 each

• Dining Room Chairs: $20 – $35

Air Duct Cleaning

Includes Cleaning, Deodorizing, & Disinfecting.

 Prices include removing, washing, and replacing of all registers; simultaneous brushing and vacuuming at the source of every arm and plenum of the duct HVAC system; and disinfecting for mold, mildew, and virus removal.

• Special: $199 (includes up to 6 vents)

• Additional vents: $39 each (above 6 vents)

• Permanent Electrostatic Air Filters: $125

• Coil Cleaning: $75
(add-on service to air duct cleaning)

• Smoke Odor Removal: $99 
(add-on service to air duct cleaning) 

Vent registers that are in excess of 16 feet will be charged an Excessive Vent Height Fee, this is due to the increased labor necessary to reach the vents and to transport the oversized ladder. $60 per vent.

Tile & Grout Cleaning

Includes Cleaning, Deodorizing, & Disinfecting.

•$149 for the first 200 sq. ft. 

• Additional areas over 200 sq. ft. will be charged $0.75 / sq. ft.

 • Shower Walls and Floors: $1.50 / sq. ft 

• Grout Clear Sealing: $0.40 / sq. ft. (Sealant repels stains—must be booked with tile cleaning. Price for standard medium to large tiles. For small or unusually shaped tiles: $0.65/sq. ft.)

• Grout Color Sealing: $1.50 / sq. ft. (Color sealant restores like-new appearance and repels stains—must be booked with tile cleaning. Price for standard medium to large tiles. For small or unusually shaped tiles: $1.75/sq. ft.)

Dryer Vent Cleaning

Includes Cleaning, Deodorizing, & Disinfecting.

Prices include removing dirt, dust, and lint from the dryer vent. This helps improve the dryer’s efficiency and reduces the risk of fire.

• Dryer Vent Cleaning exits thru Wall: $149 ($179 if longer than 10 ft)

• Dryer Vent Cleaning exits thru Roof: $199

Mattress Cleaning

Includes Cleaning, Deodorizing, Disinfecting, & Protecting.

• Twin: $99 (one side)

• Queen: $125 (one side)

• King: $149 (one side)

• Get 2nd side cleaned for 50% OFF (e.g. Queen, 2 sides: $125.00 + $62.50 = $187.50)

Wood Floor Cleaning & Sealing

Includes Cleaning, Deodorizing, Disinfecting, & Sealing.

• Wood Floor Cleaning with 2 Coats of Sealant: $0.99 / sq. ft.

• Each additional sealant coat: $0.25 / sq. ft. (if desired for a higher-gloss finish)

• Floor Stripping: $0.50 / sq. ft. (only if required to remove some types of sealant)
